9/0/21. Utility for the movement speed — the build only works if you are stuck to them.

Why these items

Openingsall within the 475 starting gold

  • Hunter's MacheteHealth Potion5

Hunter's MacheteThe clear start. You need Bloodrazor early or the build does nothing.

  • Cloth ArmorHealth Potion5

Cloth ArmorWhen the enemy jungler will be standing in your camps at level two.

Corein buy order

  • 1

Madred's Bloodrazor3,800g4% of the target's maximum health per hit, and it applies off Vorpal Spikes.

  • 2

Guinsoo's Rageblade2,600gStacks attack speed and ability power at once, which is exactly what this build spends.

  • 3

Frozen Mallet3,300gThe 'sticky' part. Every auto slows, so nothing walks away from the cone.

Situationalonly when the game asks for it

  • Mercurial Scimitar3,700gAgainst a single point of crowd control that would end the fight.

Notes

the author's own words

Off-meta, and the archive files it as a meme — but the numbers land: ~185 attack damage, 80% attack speed, 700 health, 15% lifesteal and 40 ability power at six items.

Cho'Gath E — Vorpal Spikes is the reason it works at all: on-hit effects come off the cone, not just the target. Frozen Mallet is what makes them stay in it.

You are not a tank in this build. Feast stacks are the only health you get for free.
