Magic pen marks make Starcall and Infuse poke matter while Abyssal Scepter is shredding MR. Armor seals, MR glyphs, and gold quints fit the support aura plan: survive lane trades, keep wards flowing, and still reach Aegis, Shard of True Ice, and Soul Shroud.

This is a 0/9/21 support page: Defense gives enough lane durability to walk up for autos and heals, while Utility funds the ward and aura-item curve into Sightstone, Shard of True Ice, Aegis, and Soul Shroud. Artificer, Pickpocket, Wealth, and Nimble all support the grouped, active-item, stay-with-the-team game plan.

Notes

the author's own words

Play the lane like the sustain gap is the whole point. Walk up and auto when the matchup lets you, keep the enemy bot lane zoned off farm, and punish them once their Exhausts are down. The build is not about bursting people by yourself; it wins because Soraka keeps everyone topped off while the enemy team has to fight through silence, heals, and aura stats.

After the lane lead, stay with the group. Aegis, Shard of True Ice, and the late aura pieces make the team much tankier and harder to chase down, so picks and grouped mid fights are where the build starts to feel unfair.

The video never opens the rune page, mastery page or skill order. Those follow from the items it does show, and are not the creator's.

The video does not establish the situational items. Those are left empty rather than guessed.
