Run attack speed reds and quints because this build is all about Wriggle's Lantern, Madred's Bloodrazor, Wit's End, and Warwick's passive proccing as often as possible. Armor seals and magic resist glyphs keep the early jungle and midgame fights stable while you build into Frozen Heart and Spirit Visage.
Take 21 in Defense because after Madred's Bloodrazor this setup turns into a tanky drain fighter with Frozen Heart and Spirit Visage. The 9 Offense points keep the first clear and on-hit fighting smoother with Fury, Butcher, and a little extra Hungering Strike scaling.
Skill order
ultimate at 6, 11 and 16Eternal Thirst
- Hungering Strike (Q) takes points at levels 2, 3, 5, 7, 9.
- Hunter's Call (W) takes points at levels 1, 8, 10, 12, 13.
- Blood Scent (E) takes points at levels 4, 14, 15, 17, 18.
- Infinite Duress (R) takes points at levels 6, 11, 16.
Start W for the jungle clear, then max Q first for sustain and dueling, W second to scale the on-hit attack speed plan, and E last.
Why these items
Corein buy order
1Madred's Razors700gRush Madred's Razors so your jungle clear can proc through camps much faster.
2Wriggle's Lantern2,000gWriggle's Lantern gives the sustain, armor, and monster procs you need to farm and take dragon.
3Madred's Bloodrazor3,800gMadred's Bloodrazor is the big on-hit damage spike that Warwick uses better than almost anyone.
4Frozen Heart2,900gFrozen Heart lets you dive into fights without instantly dying, while adding mana, cooldown reduction, and an attack-speed slow.
5Wit's End2,150gWit's End gives the magic resist you need when their magic damage is hurting more than expected, and Warwick stacks it instantly.
6Spirit Visage2,750gSpirit Visage adds durability and makes Warwick's self-healing even harder to cut through.
7Zephyr2,850gZephyr replaces boots as the late-game movement speed and tenacity item.
Situationalonly when the game asks for it

Thornmail2,200gTry Thornmail when basic-attack damage is the problem, though it may not be enough if you are still getting melted.

Maw of Malmortius3,200gMaw of Malmortius is worth considering if the enemy AP damage is heavy enough that the shield would matter.
Notes
the author's own wordsStart with the jungle clear, rush the Madred line, and use Wriggle's procs to speed through camps and take early dragons. Warwick can fight and clear well once the on-hit damage starts rolling, but the level 3 dragon is too greedy unless everything lines up perfectly.
After the early damage items, stop buying pure damage and get tank stats. Madred's Bloodrazor gives Warwick the best on-hit payoff, then Frozen Heart keeps you alive while adding mana and cooldown reduction, Wit's End answers magic damage, Spirit Visage boosts all the healing, and Zephyr replaces boots when you need the final movement speed and tenacity slot.
