The attack speed marks and AP quints fit the Nashor's Tooth, Guinsoo's Rageblade, and Malady core: you want E autos coming out fast while still scaling the magic damage. Armor seals and magic resist glyphs keep mid-lane trades stable until the on-hit items are finished.

This is a 21/0/9 offensive page for AP on-hit Kayle: Fury, Sorcery, Arcane Knowledge, Mental Force, Spellsword, and Executioner all support E autos backed by Nashor's Tooth, Malady, and Lich Bane. The Utility points add lane mana, movement, and Artificer for more frequent Hextech Gunblade actives when chasing.

Notes

the author's own words

This setup is built around keeping E available and turning Kayle into a mixed on-hit carry. Nashor's Tooth gives the first real spike with attack speed, AP, and cooldown reduction, then Guinsoo's Rageblade and Malady make every auto stronger in longer fights.

After the core on-hit items, Gunblade adds a huge amount of sustain and a strong active slow, letting you keep chasing through fights while healing from both autos and spell damage. The last slot can go into Lich Bane for burst after spells, but Deathcap is also worth considering if you just need a bigger AP spike.
