- Magic Penetration +9.00
- Armor +9.00
- Magic Resist +12.60
Magic penetration marks keep Poison Trail, Liandry's, and Rylai's burn pressure relevant while you stay in the fight. Armor seals, magic resist glyphs, and spell vamp quints fit the Hextech Gunblade, Will of the Ancients, Spirit Visage sustain plan.
Go deep Defense because Spirit Visage and Force of Nature are what let you keep running through poison trades instead of backing out. The Utility points add movement, summoner uptime, mana sustain, and a little extra spell vamp to stack with Hextech Gunblade and Will of the Ancients.

1Hextech Revolver1,200gStart the spell-vamp plan early so Poison Trail begins sustaining you through waves and trades.
2Hextech Gunblade3,400gTurn Revolver into a bigger sustain spike with more AP, spell vamp, and an active slow for sticking to targets.
3Liandry's Torment2,900gAdd the burn damage that makes extended Poison Trail fights punish anyone trying to chase or tank you.
4Rylai's Crystal Scepter2,900gKeep enemies slowed inside Poison Trail so they take more ticks and have a harder time escaping.
5Spirit Visage2,750gAmplify every bit of self-healing and spell vamp while adding cooldown reduction and magic resistance.

Notes
the author's own wordsThis is the immortal spell-vamp Singed setup: stack spell vamp and self-healing, then fight inside your Poison Trail for as long as possible. Once the sustain pieces are online, you can run through minion waves and teamfights, flip priority targets back into the poison, and keep moving while your health bounces back up.
The damage comes from Liandry's and Rylai's keeping people burning and slowed, while Spirit Visage, Will of the Ancients, Hextech Gunblade, and later Force of Nature make you very hard to finish. Morellonomicon is the anti-heal pickup when the enemy front line is healing too much.
